We will be open to Co Co-ordinators if 2 people would like to work together in any role, but this would need to be pre-arranged for the AGM.

What support will I get while I am in role?

Every member of the executive committee will be supported by both the Southampton Hub staff team and their volunpeers. The suppport available includes: - bi-weekly or monthly 1:1s wwith your designated staff member - weekly training sessions at committee meetings - regular peer support at committee meetings and executive socials - access to the Student Hubs network

What do I do next?

Click 'Apply' on the tab above to access our application form. Once you have submitted your application, our staff team will be intouch to have a casual chat about the role and answer any questions you may have.

You will also be invited to a Q&A on the 21st March, 5pm, to ask current and former committee members about their experiences in room 100/8009.

You will then be invited to our AGM on Wednesday 3rd of May, 5pm-6.30pm. Each application will be given a chance to tell Southampton Hub why they are the right person for the role. Roles will then be voted on by members of our society only.

What happens if I cannot make the AGM?

If you cannot attend our AGM do not worry! You can provide us with a speech to read on yor behalf or a video and we will update you with the results of the election.
